What You'll Do:
- Educate customers on life and health insurance options tailored to their needs
- Build trusting, long-term relationships with new and existing policyholders
- Guide families through coverage changes and important milestones
- Conduct needs-based reviews and present solutions that protect what matters most
- Stay informed on industry trends and product updates
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
What You Bring:
- Active Life & Health license - or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to simplify and explain insurance concepts clearly
- Sales experience preferred - especially in insurance or financial services
- Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational habits
- Relationship-building and customer-service excellence
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
