ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Brent Holtz - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.
You will be the first point of contact and will create a welcoming environment for customers and provide support to our team. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; take messages as needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for agents and staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Assist clients with basic questions or direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
