ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brent Holtz - State Farm Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing, exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, build strong client relationships, and help ensure that our customers feel valued and supported at every interaction. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, offering accurate information on products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Insurance licensing in Property & Casualty and Life/Health is a plus (must be able to obtain).
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
