What You'll Do:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local business owners.
- Identify coverage needs and match customers with the right commercial solutions.
- Prepare and confidently present insurance proposals to business clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and coverage reviews.
- Contribute to agency growth through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in commercial or business insurance sales preferred.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to connect with decision-makers.
- A consultative mindset and strong business acumen.
- A goal-oriented attitude and a passion for professional growth.
- Property & Casualty license - or the willingness to earn one (we can help!).
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $112,500.00 per year
